HAVE YOU SEEN HIM? The FBI Newark Field Office is seeking the public’s help finding a man accused in a pair of bank robberies and suspected in five others.
Marlon Peek, who turned 39 on Monday, is wanted for robbing two South Plainfield banks — a Wells Fargo branch on April 14 and a PNC Bank branch on April 21.
He’s also believed responsible for holdups at:
TD Bank branch, Edison, March 17
Magyar Bank, Edison, March 31
Investors Bank, Dunnellen, April 9
Unity Bank, Middlesex, April 15
TD Bank branch, Springfield, April 21
Peek is heavy-set, 5-foot-9 and 220 pounds, the FBI said.
Anyone with information about Peek or where to find him is asked to call the FBI: (973) 792-3000. All calls are kept confidential, the bureau said.
“Citizens are reminded they should never attempt to apprehend a fugitive on their own and should dial 911 in an emergency,” FBI Newark Special Agent in Charge Richard M. Frankel said.
