SHOUT OUT: A 21-year-old Elmwood Park man who was graduated from the Bergen County Law & Public Safety Institute in Mahwah has joined the Fair Lawn Auxiliary Police.
A Paramus Catholic graduate, Daniel Carrone immediately began in-service training with a field training officer, said FLPD Sgt. Brian Metzler, the auxiliary squad director.
The all-volunteer auxiliary force supports the borough police department in patrol functions, courthouse security and traffic assistance and security at special events.
