Officers Daniel Martinez, Michael Johnson, Michael Mulligan, and Sgt. Charles Pensari found the victim lying on the floor of a second-floor bathroom on Boulevard at 2:30 a.m. yesterday, Police Chief Michael Foligno said this morning.
“He was non-responsive, unconscious and had very shallow breathing,” Foligno said.
Shortly after Martinez administered the Narcan, the victim came around.
He was taken to St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Paterson.
