SHOUT OUT: A 32-year-old heroin user from Emerson still had a needle in her arm when a pair of South Hackensack police officers found her in a Route 46 motel bathroom and revived her with Narcan overnight.
A man who was staying with her dialed 911 around 4 a.m., Capt. Robert Kaiser told CLIFFVIEW PILOT this afternoon.
Officers Stephen Knatz and Gary Yannettif found “no pulse or vital signs” and immediately began CPR, Kaiser said.
An initial Narcan dose got no response, but a second blast revived her around, he said.
