SHOUT OUT: Port Authority helped deliver a healthy baby girl overnight on the concourse of the PATH Station at the World Trade Center.
The woman was headed to the hospital for delivery along with her husband and 2-year-old son when she went into labor around 2:30 a.m., the authority’s Joseph Pentangelo told CLIFFVIEW PILOT.
The child was delivered within minutes, he said.
All were taken to Beekman Downtown Hospital via EMS.
