SHOUT OUT: A Lodi school security officer used the Heimlick maneuver to rescue a chocking student.
School Security Officer William Byrnes was working at the Washington School when he responded to an emergency call to the main office around noon on Dec. 23, Lt. Robert Salerno said Monday morning.
