A pair of Bogota police officers revived a 46-year-old heroin addict who’d overdosed in a bathroom.
Sgt. Geoffrey Cole and Officer Walter Kumka found the victim shirtless in his River Road bathroom — a syringe and empty wax heroin fold nearby — just before 8 p.m. Tuesday, Capt. James Sepp told Daily Voice.
